Hai Duong province delegation offered incense at the Memorial House of General Vo Nguyen Giap

The working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Duong province observed a minute of silence to commemorate General Vo Nguyen Giap.

Joining the delegation, on the side of Dien Bien province were leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Office and a number of provincial departments and branches.

In a solemn atmosphere, the Hai Duong Provincial Delegation offered incense, respectfully expressed gratitude and paid tribute to General Vo Nguyen Giap, the legendary general of the nation, the excellent and outstanding student of President Ho Chi Minh , the eldest brother of the Vietnam People's Army; and expressed gratitude for the General's great contributions to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the Vietnamese people. The Delegation respectfully hoped that the spirit of General Vo Nguyen Giap and the heroic martyrs would bless the nation, the people, the country of Vietnam would be everlasting and prosperous, and the Vietnamese people would always be peaceful and happy.

The delegation visited the Dien Bien Phu Campaign Command Headquarters relic site.

After offering incense to commemorate General Vo Nguyen Giap, the delegation visited the Dien Bien Phu Campaign Command Headquarters relic site located in the old forest at the foot of Pu Don mountain in Muong Phang commune.
