(laichau.gov.vn) In the solemn and exciting atmosphere before the 15th Lai Chau Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, this morning (September 18), the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province organized a wreath offering ceremony at the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery and offered flowers at Uncle Ho's Monument with the ethnic people of Lai Chau.

Attendees included: Comrade Giàng Páo Mỷ - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Lê Minh Ngân - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Lê Văn Lương - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; former leaders of Lai Châu province from various periods; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; representatives of leaders of provincial departments and agencies; and heads of delegations attending the Provincial Party Congress...

At the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Room (Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery), the delegation offered incense to express their boundless gratitude for the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and other predecessors to the revolutionary cause of the Vietnamese nation and the people of Lai Chau province.

Following Uncle Ho's teachings, during the 2020-2025 term, the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee achieved many important and comprehensive accomplishments, basically fulfilling the goals set forth in the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress. The leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization have been continuously enhanced; the apparatus and cadre have been streamlined, operating effectively and efficiently; discipline and order have been tightened; and the people's trust in the Party has been consolidated.

The economy continues to grow, and socio-economic infrastructure is improving. Culture and society are undergoing positive changes, with the quality of education and healthcare steadily increasing; social policies are implemented promptly; the poverty rate is decreasing rapidly, and people's lives are significantly improving. National defense and security are strengthened, and national border sovereignty is firmly maintained; foreign relations and international cooperation are expanding. The unity of ethnic groups continues to be consolidated, creating a solid foundation for the province's rapid and sustainable development.

Before the revered spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the Party Committee, government, armed forces, and people of all ethnic groups in Lai Chau province pledge absolute loyalty to the revolutionary ideals; to continuously cultivate and improve moral character, enhance political acumen; and to promote the spirit of daring to think, daring to act, daring to innovate, and daring to take responsibility for the benefit of the Party and the people.

The delegates also laid wreaths and offered incense at the Monument to the Nation's Heroes at the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery, and lit incense at the graves. Before the spirits of the heroic martyrs, the Party Committee and people of all ethnic groups in Lai Chau province pledged absolute loyalty to the revolutionary ideals; and pledged to continue acting for the benefit of the people and for the bright future of their homeland and country.

With the motto: “Unity - Democracy - Discipline - Creativity - Development”, we are determined to successfully organize the 15th Provincial Party Congress, striving to achieve the goals and tasks of the 2025-2030 term: “Building a clean and strong Party Committee and political system; promoting the strength of great unity; focusing on digital transformation; mobilizing all resources for socio-economic development; ensuring national defense and security; and leading Lai Chau to green, rapid, and sustainable development.”
