The survey delegation of the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee worked with Nguyen Hue High School and Ninh Phuoc District People's Committee.

In the 2024-2025 school year, Nguyen Hue High School has 59 staff, teachers, and employees, responsible for teaching 996 students/23 classes. Up to now, the school has basically completed all preparations for the new school year. However, the situation of the teaching staff is still redundant and lacking in some places; Block B has seriously degraded. The school does not have a multi-purpose gymnasium; does not have a standard library; lacks English, Fine Arts, and Music rooms to meet the criteria for recognition as a national standard school.

For Ninh Phuoc district, in the 2024-2025 school year, the whole district has 25,116 students/736 classes, studying at 50educational institutions; the total number of cadres, teachers and staff in the whole district is 1,517 people. To prepare for the new school year, the whole district has built 98 new classrooms and subject rooms with a total cost of over 84.3 billion VND; repaired 30 classrooms, toilets, and fences for schools with a cost of over 4.3 billion VND. However, there are still 5 temporary classrooms and shared classrooms; most of the schools previously recognized by the province as meeting national standards have not been able to maintain standards, need to invest in more classrooms, subject rooms, toilets, etc.; all schools do not have enough facilities and teaching equipment to ensure the organization of IT teaching according to the characteristics of the subject. Compared to regulations, the whole district is still short of 45 managers, 50 teachers and 142 employees...

Comrade Tran Minh Luc, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council spoke at the working session with the People's Committee of Ninh Phuoc district.

Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council highly appreciated the preparation of conditions for the new school year 2024-2025; shared difficulties and obstacles; and acknowledged the recommendations and proposals of the school and locality. He requested Nguyen Hue High School and Ninh Phuoc district to review the conditions for the new school year; pay attention to mobilizing students to attend class, not letting students drop out of school due to difficulties; ensure school safety; pay attention to building schools that meet national standards, improve the quality of education; remind schools to properly implement the regulations on fees at the beginning of the new school year...
