According to this list, Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company has the highest amount of late payment, nearly 42.7 billion VND.

Although the amount of late payment is large, in reality, Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company only owes until the 12th month. The large amount is because this unit has a large number of employees participating in social insurance.

Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company also made efforts to overcome difficulties by still paying social insurance for March and overcoming over 300 million VND in late payment.

Ranked second on the list is still Saigon Post and Telecommunications Services Joint Stock Company with the amount of late payment in 76 months being nearly 38.5 billion VND.

Although the amount of late payment of Saigon Post and Telecommunications Services Joint Stock Company ranks second in the list of late social insurance payments in Ho Chi Minh City, it has been increasing steadily and has not stopped for over 6 years.

Saigon Post and Telecommunication Services Joint Stock Company was also the unit that was at the top of the list of late social insurance payments in Ho Chi Minh City many times until the period when the real estate market in Ho Chi Minh City froze, many real estate and construction businesses encountered difficulties.

Another big brand in Ho Chi Minh City is also facing difficulties, with the amount of late social insurance payments increasing rapidly, which is the system of businesses related to Hung Thinh Group.

Of which, Hung Thinh Corporation Joint Stock Company was 16 months late in paying social insurance with an amount of more than 18.4 billion VND; Hung Thinh Incons Joint Stock Company was 18 months late in paying with an amount of more than 17.3 billion VND; Hung Thinh LAND Joint Stock Company was 16 months late in paying with an amount of more than 26.1 billion VND...

According to Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance, by the end of the second quarter of 2024, the number of people participating in compulsory social insurance in the city was more than 2.5 million people; the number of people participating in voluntary social insurance was more than 39,000 people.

In the first 6 months of the year, the City Social Insurance has inspected and examined 917 units. Through the inspection, it was recorded that many units using labor were late in paying social insurance, requiring immediate correction at the time of inspection and examination of 52 billion VND.
