Unique snake mascot causes 'fever' during Tet in the West

This is one of the highlights of the locality in the warm and joyful Tet atmosphere.

The king cobra mascot, standing 7 meters tall, is meticulously designed, majestic, and creates a powerful yet mysterious image.
"Baby Na" has a bright, sparkling golden appearance.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thao (32 years old, Chau Thanh district, Kien Giang province) said: “This mascot is unlike the cute snakes in other places; it embodies the spirit of a king cobra. Especially at sunset, the image of the snake becomes more vibrant than ever, possessing a mysterious and majestic appearance, like a symbol of protection for people when they go out to sea.”
Reportedly, the total cost for this miniature landscape reached 800 million VND. The mascot is 7m tall, with a circular diameter of over 4.5m and a snake head height of 2.5m, weighing a total of 1.2 tons.
In Can Tho , the "Celebrating the Glorious Party – Celebrating the Year of the Snake 2025" art flower street on Vo Van Tan - Nguyen Thai Hoc street, Ninh Kieu district, has attracted special attention.
The snake mascot at the flower street caused a sensation before the opening ceremony with its design of two snakes forming a heart, symbolizing unity and love.
The flower street is scheduled to open on January 27th and last until February 3rd (from the 28th of the 12th lunar month to the 6th day of the Lunar New Year).
At Bach Dang Square in Soc Trang City (Soc Trang Province), the snake mascot has become an impressive highlight alongside other decorative displays. Designed with foam in a harmonious green tone, the mascot not only celebrates a fresh and vibrant look but also conveys a message of vitality, peace, and prosperity during Tet (Lunar New Year).
