Against the Uzbekistan women's volleyball team, whose members were mostly born after 2000, the Vietnamese girls were considered superior in terms of strength. This difference in skill level was evident in the match, as Coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet's team won three sets, with scores of 25-11, 25-6, and 25-18.

In the first set, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team started better, consistently leading their opponents by 3 to 4 points in the early stages. Then, Tran Thi Thanh Thuy and her teammates accelerated, leaving their opponents unable to catch up. The Vietnamese women's volleyball team continuously widened the gap with powerful spikes from outside hitter Thanh Thuy. Not only did she spike well, but Thanh Thuy's powerful and spinny serves also caused difficulties for the Uzbekistan players, leading to several failed first-pass returns.

Besides that, Thanh Thúy and Trà Giang left their mark with many good finishing shots. Setter Kim Thoa also played well, creating many favorable opportunities for her teammates to score points at the net.

The Vietnamese women's volleyball team secured their second consecutive victory at the 2023 Asian Championship - AVC Challenge Cup.

In the second set, the game became even easier for the Vietnamese women's volleyball team. The Vietnamese hitters continuously "bombarded" the opponent's defense, while the Uzbekistan women's volleyball team showed rather weak defensive capabilities, with poor first-pass reception. Their high spirits helped Coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet's team win the second set with a large margin of 25-6.

The third set was also the most explosive and highest-scoring set for the Uzbekistan women's volleyball team on the evening of June 19th. The team from Central Asia closely pursued the Vietnamese girls for the first 10 points. However, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team asserted their dominance, preventing their opponents from pulling ahead in the score. At the end of the third set, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team won 25-18.

As a result, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team secured a 3-0 victory over Uzbekistan.
