Comrade Ha Trung Kien worked with the communes: Duong Thuong, Du Gia, Ngoc Long, Mau Due and Lung Phin

On the afternoon of December 3, at Duong Thuong commune, the working delegation of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee led by comrade Ha Trung Kien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, had a working session with the Party Committees of the communes: Duong Thuong, Du Gia, Ngoc Long, Mau Due and Lung Phin on the implementation of tasks in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Ha Trung Kien presented 50 scholarships to students in communes.

At the meeting, the communes reported on the results of socio-economic development, Party building and political system in the fourth quarter of 2025. In general, localities have made efforts to lead and synchronously implement key tasks; agricultural production has remained stable, and the total food output of the region has reached nearly 15,000 tons. Poverty reduction and social security have been focused on; many communes have achieved a rate of people participating in health insurance of over 98%. Indicators on administrative procedure settlement, application of information technology, and issuance of citizen identification cards have many positive changes.

Along with that, political security and social order and safety are maintained; Party building work is seriously deployed, especially the review and assessment of the quality of Party organizations and Party members in 2025. Communes also proactively deploy early preparations for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

Besides the achieved results, the communes still have some limitations and difficulties such as: Low disbursement of public investment capital, high poverty rate (Lung Phin alone over 60%), limited digital transformation infrastructure, agricultural production is not really sustainable, some inter-village roads are degraded after floods.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Ha Trung Kien, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, acknowledged the efforts of the communes and requested the communes to continue to lead the implementation of the 2025 targets; accelerate the progress of public investment and national target programs; grasp the people's situation, proactively and effectively resolve issues arising from the grassroots; carry out social security work well, take care of Tet for the people; ensure security and order, proactively prevent and combat natural disasters. At the same time, continue to effectively implement the model of "Four-good Party cells, Four-good Party organizations". In addition, leaders organize reviews, assessments, and classification of collectives and individuals to ensure progress and regulations; focus on leading, synchronously and closely implementing the contents according to the direction of the Central and the province on the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

On this occasion, comrade Ha Trung Kien, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, presented 50 scholarships to students in 5 communes: Duong Thuong, Du Gia, Ngoc Long, Mau Due and Lung Phin, with a total value of 50 million VND.
