Comrade Luu Van Trung inspected the preparations for the ceremony to announce the merger of commune-level administrative units.

On the morning of June 28, the Provincial Party Committee delegation led by Comrade Luu Van Trung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee inspected the merger work in Bac Gia Nghia ward and Truong Xuan commune.

Comrade Luu Van Trung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, worked with Bac Gia Nghia ward.

Reporting to the working group, the leader of Bac Gia Nghia ward said that preparations for the new local government's operational day (July 1) have been basically completed. Facilities and equipment for civil servants to work are basically adequate. The ward's public administration service center located at the old Nghia Thanh ward People's Committee has basically served the people in resolving administrative procedures.

Bac Gia Nghia Ward proactively built a ward information page to promptly inform the people about the ward's activities. In preparation for the announcement ceremony on the morning of June 30, the ward invited delegates to attend, prepared a hall, and a screen for delegates to watch.

On the same morning, comrade Luu Van Trung inspected and worked at Truong Xuan commune - a commune established on the basis of merging Nam N'Jang commune and Truong Xuan commune (both of Dak Song district).

As planned, the headquarters will be located at the People's Committee of Truong Xuan Commune. The Commune Public Administration Service Center will be located at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Truong Xuan Commune and a department will be located at the old headquarters of Nam N'Jang Commune to facilitate people in submitting administrative procedures.

In preparation for the announcement ceremony on the morning of June 30, Truong Xuan commune has prepared facilities, invited delegates, and directed villages and hamlets to propagate for people to hang the national flag.

After listening to the ward's report, Comrade Luu Van Trung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, highly appreciated the initiative of Bac Gia Nghia ward and Truong Xuan commune in preparing conditions for the ceremony to announce and operate the 2-level local government on July 1.

Comrade Luu Van Trung emphasized that localities should arrange the headquarters of the public administrative service center to create convenience and have instructions so that people know where to receive and resolve administrative procedures in the new ward.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that the new commune-level government apparatus should promote the spirit of innovation, take advantage of favorable geographical location to help the locality take off, especially reducing the poverty rate and improving people's lives. For work that must take place on July 1 without interruption, especially handling administrative procedures of the people.

The announcement ceremony of the Central and local resolutions and decisions on the reorganization of the apparatus and administrative units of Lam Dong province will take place on the morning of June 30. The conference will be held in person and online at 124 connecting points of communes, wards and special zones of the new Lam Dong province.

This is a particularly important political and administrative event, marking a strong turning point in the process of restructuring the apparatus and administrative units.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luu Van Trung requested localities in the province to prepare well the technical facilities, install high-speed internet connection to ensure smooth transmission, prepare large TV screens in the Hall, ensure enough seats for delegates to attend so that the announcement ceremony takes place solemnly and safely.
