Comrade Tran Huy Phuong was elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

On the morning of December 5, the Standing Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee held the second meeting of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term I, term 2025 - 2030. Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Thai chaired the meeting.

At the conference, the Provincial Party Standing Committee submitted to the Provincial Party Executive Committee for consideration and decision on the election of the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Based on the submission and personnel process, the Provincial Party Executive Committee unanimously introduced comrade Tran Huy Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee to be elected as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. The conference conducted a secret ballot, resulting in comrade Tran Huy Phuong being highly trusted and elected as Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term with 67/67 votes.

Comrade Tran Huy Phuong, born in 1981, hometown Binh Giang commune, Ninh Binh province; currently residing in Ha Dong ward, Hanoi city; Master's degree in Political Economy, Senior political theory. He has many years of working experience at the Central Inspection Committee , holding the positions of: Department Head, Secretary of the Central Inspection Committee. In Bac Ninh province (old), he was a member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee.

After the province's merger from July 2025 to present, he continues to hold the position of Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, Head of the Inspection Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
