Mr. Tran Huy Phuong was elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

The conference conducted a secret ballot and Mr. Tran Huy Phuong was highly trusted and elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term with 67/67 votes.

On the morning of December 5, the Standing Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee held the second meeting of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term I, term 2025-2030.

Party Central Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Thai chaired the conference.

At the conference, the Provincial Party Standing Committee submitted to the Provincial Party Executive Committee for consideration and decision on the election of the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Based on the submission and personnel process, the Provincial Party Executive Committee unanimously introduced Mr. Tran Huy Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, to be elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Tran Huy Phuong, born in 1981, hometown Binh Giang commune, Ninh Binh province; currently residing in Ha Dong ward, Hanoi city; Master's degree in Political Economy, Senior in Political Theory.

He has many years of experience working at the Central Inspection Commission , holding the positions of: Department Head, Secretary of the Central Inspection Commission.

In Bac Ninh province (old), he was a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

After the province's merger from July 2025 to present, he continues to hold the position of Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, Head of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Inspection Committee./.
