The Go! Yen Bai Shopping Center project, located in Yen Bai ward within the new urban area (on land along the Bach Lam Bridge to Tuan Quan Bridge), is being developed by Vietnam-Japan Real Estate Joint Stock Company, a member of Central Retail Vietnam Group. The project covers an area of approximately 12,717.2 m2 and includes various components such as a supermarket; food and beverage service area and restaurants; entertainment area; administrative office area; cold storage area; warehouse; and auxiliary facilities including gardens and parking lots... with a total investment of over 223 billion VND. In the southern industrial zone of Lao Cai province, the Management Board of Yen Bai (formerly) Industrial Zones reported: The industrial zone has a total planned land area of 400 hectares, of which 315.79 hectares are for industrial factory construction, located in Van Phu ward, Lao Cai province.
