According to the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, the project to build a road to the Con Son-Kiep Bac relic site (from National Highway 37 to Con Son Pagoda) has disbursed about 70% of the capital plan for 2024. This is a project with a high capital disbursement rate among the projects invested by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.

The joint venture contractor has basically completed the main road and is currently constructing the intersection of Route 1 with Highway 37. The bottom layer of asphalt concrete has been completed for 3.6 km, and the top layer of asphalt concrete has been laid for 2.2 km. The contractor is completing the sidewalks, trees, lighting system, and traffic signs. The project is expected to be completed in December 2024.

The project to build the road to the Con Son-Kiep Bac relic site started in December 2023 with a total investment of 279 billion VND. The project is nearly 3.7 km long, with a road surface of 10.5 m and a design speed of 50 km/h. Currently, the project is still stuck with land at the intersection of route 2 of 8 households who have approved the compensation plan but have not received the money and 10 households related to the Con Son lake renovation project.
