1. Where is Thien Duong Cave?

Thien Duong Cave is located in Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park, Son Trach Commune, Bo Trach District, Quang Binh Province. This cave is about 75 km northwest of Dong Hoi city center, very close to other destinations such as Mooc stream or Song Chay – Hang Toi tourist area.

Discovered in 2005 and put into tourism exploitation since 2010, Thien Duong Cave quickly became a must-see destination when coming to Quang Binh. With a length of 31.4 km, this is the longest dry cave in Asia, standing out with a diverse stalactite system and a magnificent space, as beautiful as paradise.

2. Ideal time to travel to Thien Duong Cave

With a transitional climate between the North and the South, Quang Binh is clearly divided into two seasons: dry season (April - August) and rainy season (September - March of the following year).

The best time to explore Thien Duong Cave is from April to May, when the weather is cool and the air is fresh. During the summer, the temperature in the cave is always maintained at 20 – 21°C, bringing a pleasant feeling, completely different from the hot and humid weather outside.
