Specifically, the State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate today at 24,261 VND/USD, up 15 VND compared to the price announced last weekend. With a margin of +/-5%, today's ceiling exchange rate is 25,474 VND/USD and the floor exchange rate is 23,048 VND/USD.

The reference exchange rate at the State Bank's buying and selling exchange center remains stable at 23,400 - 25,450 VND/USD.

At commercial banks, at 8:25 a.m., the USD price was listed by Vietcombank at 25,174 - 25,474 VND/USD (buy - sell), up 36 and 16 VND respectively in buying and selling compared to July 19.

At BIDV , the USD price this morning was also listed at a similar level of 25,174 - 25,474 VND/USD (buy - sell), an increase of 16 VND in both directions compared to the session at the end of last week.

While the USD price increased across the board, the NDT exchange rate slightly decreased.

The CNY price at Vietcombank this morning decreased by more than 3 VND in both buying and selling directions compared to July 19, down to the listed level of 3,447.20 - 3,558.34 VND/CNY (buy - sell).

In the same trend, the listed price of CNY at BIDV decreased by 2 VND in both directions, bringing the price of this foreign currency down to 3,455 - 3,576 VND/CNY.
