Pig price today December 4: Increasing trend in most localities in all three regions, with common adjustments from 1,000 VND/kg to 2,000 VND/kg.

Pig price in the North today: Reached a new peak

In the North, the price of live pigs today (December 4) increased across the region, currently fluctuating around 58,000 - 60,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, pork prices in Cao Bang, Hanoi , Son La and Hung Yen all increased by VND2,000/kg, to VND60,000/kg (Hanoi, Hung Yen) and VND59,000/kg (Cao Bang, Son La).

Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh , Hai Phong, and Phu Tho provinces all increased by VND1,000/kg, currently trading at VND60,000/kg.

The provinces of Tuyen Quang, Lang Son, and Quang Ninh all increased by VND1,000/kg, reaching VND59,000/kg. Meanwhile, Lao Cai, Lai Chau, and Dien Bien all increased by VND1,000/kg, reaching VND58,000/kg.

Ninh Binh alone maintains the purchase price at 59,000 VND/kg.

Pig price in Central Highlands today: Increased by 2,000 VND/kg

The Central Highlands region continued to increase in many places, with the highest increase of 2,000 VND/kg, currently fluctuating at 57,000 - 59,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Ngai and Gia Lai all increased sharply by 2,000 VND/kg, bringing the price to 57,000 VND/kg (Quang Tri, Hue, Gia Lai) and 58,000 VND/kg (Da Nang, Quang Ngai) respectively.

Thanh Hoa and Nghe An provinces both increased by VND1,000/kg, currently purchasing pigs at VND59,000/kg. Ha Tinh, Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa and Lam Dong also increased by VND1,000/kg, reaching VND58,000/kg (Ha Tinh, Lam Dong) and VND57,000/kg (Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa) respectively.

Pig price in the South: Increased by 1,000 VND/kg across the board

The Southern live hog market today recorded an increase in price in most localities, fluctuating at 55,000 - 58,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, with an increase of 1,000 VND/kg, the purchasing price in Dong Nai, Tay Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City reached 58,000 VND/kg, An Giang reached 55,000 VND/kg.

Ca Mau, Vinh Long and Can Tho all traded at 56,000 VND/kg. Dong Thap kept the price unchanged at 56,000 VND/kg.
