Injury assessment of female student beaten by a group in Ho Chi Minh City

Regarding the case of the female student being assaulted by a group of people in Ho Chi Minh City, the authorities in Cu Chi district are consolidating the case file to prosecute the individuals involved in the incident.

In addition, authorities have also requested a medical examination to assess the injuries of the assaulted female student. This move aims to provide a basis for prosecuting those involved.

To date, authorities have determined that the incident stemmed from a romantic conflict. The fight between the students occurred between 8 and 9 PM on August 30th, in Hamlet 3, Phuoc Vinh An Commune, Cu Chi District.

The victim was a female student from the Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center of Cu Chi District. Those involved in the assault included: two students from Tan Thong Hoi High School and Quang Trung High School, one university student, and one former student.

Currently, the Cu Chi District Police are continuing to expand their investigation into other individuals involved in this case and will strictly handle them according to the law.

In addition, the People's Committee of Cu Chi District has directed the District Education and Training Department to coordinate with the district police and the People's Committees of the relevant communes to encourage the victim's family to provide information and evidence to the investigating agency.

Following the incident, the People's Committee of Cu Chi District has directed the District Department of Education and Training to coordinate with the District Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center and the families of the students to meet with and encourage them, helping them to stabilize their mental state and continue their studies. They have also directed schools in the area to pay more attention to psychological counseling, helping students overcome difficulties in their studies, thereby fostering appropriate behavior and reducing the tendency towards violence in resolving personal conflicts.
