Supervise the issuance of administrative decisions leading to citizen complaints related to land in Tan Chau district.

Receiving and working with the delegation, on Tan Chau district side, there were Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council; Mr. Vo Hong Sang - Chairman of the District People's Committee; leaders of specialized departments.

According to the People's Committee of Tan Chau district, in recent times, the work of handling complaints in general, the work of handling complaints related to land, especially administrative decisions related to the land sector, has received timely attention and direction from the District Party Committee, departments and branches of the province. The district's specialized agencies have proactively carried out propaganda and implemented the provisions of the Law on Citizen Reception; the Law on Complaints, and the Law on Denunciation.

For administrative decision complaints, the locality directs specialized agencies to advise on resolution within their authority and not to let them linger. Coordinate with provincial departments and branches to clarify related issues to participate in protecting administrative decisions and administrative acts that are sued in court for the common interest of the locality and in accordance with the provisions of law.

Mr. Huynh Thanh Phuong - Secretary of Go Dau District Party Committee, National Assembly delegate of the province spoke at the meeting.

Mr. Pham Hung Thai - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and achievements of the locality. In the coming time, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation requested the locality to strengthen propaganda and dialogue to contribute to minimizing complaints after issuing administrative decisions. In addition, attention should be paid to training, fostering, coaching, and improving skills for the staff; discipline and order, and strict management of records, documents, and databases.

Continue to coordinate to unify the database to serve the management and solve problems related to land; research and update regulations for strict and accurate application. Continue to review and seriously and effectively implement local land management plans according to plans approved by the province to stabilize the situation, serve the planning, call for investment, and develop the local socio -economy, especially high-tech agriculture.
