On November 5th, the Bien Hoa City Traffic Safety Board announced that it had inspected and fined over 300 parents for allowing their children, who are students, to drive vehicles on the road without meeting the necessary driving requirements.
Accordingly, from October 1st to October 31st, the Traffic Police and Public Order Team of Bien Hoa City Police checked and detected more than 400 students violating road traffic safety regulations.
The main violations included: not wearing a helmet, driving without a license, driving against the flow of traffic, and carrying more passengers than allowed.
In addition, authorities also receive images and videos provided by citizens, then verify them and issue fines in many other cases.
According to the Bien Hoa City Traffic Safety Board, traffic violations committed by students will be checked and handled regularly and continuously in the coming period.
Particularly on major urban routes, roads near schools, and areas where many young people gather, there are instances of traffic safety violations.
This contributes to a shift in awareness and compliance with traffic safety laws among parents and students.
