This is an opportunity for the Central Youth Union to listen to the thoughts, aspirations and suggestions of young people at home and abroad. At the same time, it provides information, shares and orients activities for union members and young people on the Party's policies, the State's policies and laws in caring for, educating and nurturing the young generation, as well as the programs and activities of the Youth Union - Association - Team.

In line with the theme, the forum focuses on the revolutionary ideals of youth and the propaganda and education work of the Union - Association - Pioneers, promoting the spirit of vanguard and creativity of youth in participating in building and defending the Fatherland, inheriting the values ​​from the "Three Readies" and "Five Volunteers" movements to improve the quality and effectiveness of the Youth Volunteer movement in the new period.

It also creates an environment for young people to study, conduct scientific research, and cultivate knowledge; supports young people to start innovative businesses, establish careers, and develop social skills; improves physical health, spiritual and cultural life, and confidently integrates.

The forum also discussed building a strong Youth Union, expanding the solidarity front to gather young people; participating in building and protecting the Party, the political system and protecting, caring for and educating teenagers and children.

On this occasion, the Central Youth Union Secretariat also shared the initial results of implementing solutions, key tasks, resolutions of the 12th National Youth Union Congress, and key tasks to implement the theme "Year of Youth Volunteers" of the Youth Union and youth movement in 2024.
