Kinhtedothi - According to the Decision of Hanoi People's Committee, the list of works and projects in the 2025 land use plan of Hoai Duc district includes 124 projects with a total area of 840.89 hectares.
Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong signed and issued Decision No. 144/QD-UBND dated January 9, 2025 approving the 2025 Land Use Plan of Hoai Duc district.
According to the Decision, the list of works and projects in the 2025 land use plan of Hoai Duc district includes 124 projects with a total area of 840.89 hectares.
During the implementation year, the People's Committee of Hoai Duc district is responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and implementing the projects in the 2025 Land Use Plan. In case of arising works and projects with sufficient legal basis and implementation capability, the People's Committee of Hoai Duc district will synthesize and report to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to submit to the City People's Committee for approval of additional land use plans as a basis for implementation according to regulations.
The City People's Committee assigned Hoai Duc district to announce and publicize the land use plan in accordance with the provisions of the law on land; to recover land in accordance with the approved land use plan. Organize inspection of the implementation of the land use plan; promptly detect and handle violations of the land use plan; strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of the land use plan to ensure the feasibility of the land use plan in 2025. Balance and determine capital sources to implement the land use plan to ensure the feasibility of the land use plan. Organize the implementation of the land use plan, strictly, ensuring the land use indicators approved by the City People's Committee.
For projects falling under the provisions of Clause 4, Article 67 of the 2024 Land Law that require land acquisition, the People's Committee of Hoai Duc district must publicly announce the scope of land acquisition according to the project's progress to land users. Report the results of the implementation of the Land Use Plan before October 15, 2025.
In addition, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment shall carry out land allocation, land lease, and land use purpose conversion in accordance with the approved land use plan. Organize inspections of the implementation of the land use plan; regularly update works and projects (qualified) to submit to the City People's Committee for approval to supplement the annual land use plan list according to regulations.
