According to Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong, Hanoi needs to solve some bottlenecks such as the low rate of qualified teachers. If there is no training roadmap, it will lead to a shortage of teachers in the near future.

At the conference, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh emphasized: The new school year 2024-2025 is a year of extremely important significance, deciding the implementation and successful completion of the Resolution of the 17th City Party Congress as well as the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress.

Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh requested the Hanoi Department of Education and Training to actively and proactively advise the City People's Committee on policies and mechanisms in the field of education and training in the direction of ensuring autonomy and self-responsibility; develop a plan to implement the Capital Law, especially specific and outstanding mechanisms and policies on education and training development to create a favorable legal corridor to effectively exploit potentials and advantages, serving the cause of education and training development in the Capital.

“In the immediate future, it is necessary to pay attention to drastically and synchronously implementing the work of controlling food safety in schools, strictly handling organizations and individuals who violate the field of food safety; ..”, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh emphasized.
