Hanoi reorganizes traffic on Minh Khai street, how do people travel?

From now until February 28, Hanoi Department of Transport will pilot traffic reorganization on Minh Khai Street.

Hanoi Department of Transport has just announced a pilot traffic organization adjustment on Minh Khai Street.

Accordingly, vehicles from lane 349 Minh Khai are prohibited from going straight and turning left onto Minh Khai street. Vehicles wishing to go towards Vinh Tuy bridge are required to continuously turn right and turn around at the Minh Khai - Mai Dong bridge intersection.

Organize one-way traffic for vehicles at the entrance of Vinmec Times City Hospital (internal road No. 3) in the direction and section from internal road No. 2 to Minh Khai Street.

Vehicles from Minh Khai (direction of Mai Dong bridge) wanting to go to Vinmec Hospital go straight, turn right to the main gate of Times City urban area.

Add rubber bollards at the exit of Ring Road 2 to limit vehicles turning around and entering Times City urban area. The pilot period is from now until February 28, 2025.

The Department of Transport assigned the Department of Transport Inspectorate and the Traffic Police Department of the City Police to arrange forces to coordinate with relevant units to organize and guide traffic flow for vehicles to ensure traffic safety and avoid congestion.

The People's Committee of Hai Ba Trung District arranged the District Police force to coordinate with the Hanoi Department of Transport Inspectorate and Hanoi City Traffic Police to organize a pilot program to inspect and handle violations of traffic safety and order, encroachment on sidewalks and roads for business purposes, illegal parking causing traffic insecurity and traffic congestion on roads and intersections.
