Over 120 trainees from various departments and localities in Ha Tinh province were briefed on the legal framework, principles, and methods of land valuation.
On the morning of June 17th, the Land Valuation Council of Ha Tinh province organized a training session on specific land valuation procedures. More than 120 participants, representing relevant departments, agencies, and localities, attended the training.
In his opening speech, Director of the Department of Finance Trinh Van Ngoc - Standing member of the Provincial Land Valuation Council emphasized: The training session helps members of the appraisal council grasp the State's regulations on specific land valuation in practical conditions to overcome limitations, speed up progress, and improve the effectiveness of determining specific land prices and floor prices for payment to the State budget .
The training program content was delivered by Mr. Doan Ngoc Phuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Land Planning and Development ( Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment ), and Mr. Cao Dai Nghia - Deputy Head of the Land Pricing Department, Department of Land Planning and Development (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment).
Trainees were informed about the system of legal documents on land prices; principles and methods of land valuation; land price framework; specific cases of land valuation application... In addition, the lecturers also conveyed the contents of land price list construction and adjustment such as: cases of applying land price list, contents of land price list, procedures for constructing land price list, cases of price list adjustment, content of price list adjustment... The training session provided an opportunity for participants to exchange ideas and have their questions answered regarding land valuation; thereby strengthening their knowledge and professional skills, and contributing to enhancing state management of land prices.
