Recently, the People's Committee of Hai Phong City issued a Decision to allocate land to Hai Duong Porcelain Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company to implement the Project of building a housing area in Le Thanh Nghi ward, Hai Phong city.

Decision No. 4820/QD-UBND signed by Mr. Le Anh Quan, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee on November 27, 2025 on land allocation to Hai Duong Porcelain Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company due to winning the auction of land use rights to implement the Project of building a housing area in the central area of ​​Pham Ngu Lao ward, Hai Duong city - Area 1 (now Le Thanh Nghi ward, Hai Phong city).

According to this Decision, the area of ​​81,151m2 of land in Le Thanh Nghi ward is handed over to Su Hai Duong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company due to winning the auction of land use rights to implement the Project of building a housing area according to the approved detailed construction plan and investment project.

Of which, adjacent residential land is 25,270.72m2; adjacent commercial residential land is 1,012m2, land use term is 50 years; mixed high-rise land is 10,291.2m2, land use term is 50 years; high-rise social housing land is 5,514.66m2, land use term is 50 years. Public land is 127.0m2; Memorial land is 225.0m2; Green land is 5,278.8m2; Technical infrastructure land is 1,052.7m2; Traffic land is 32,378.92m2.

Also according to this Decision, Hai Phong City People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside with the People's Committee of Le Thanh Nghi Ward and relevant agencies to implement this Decision; hand over land in the field, carry out procedures to grant Certificates of land use rights and ownership of other assets attached to land to Hai Duong Su Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company according to regulations after the Enterprise completes related financial obligations.

Hai Phong City People's Committee assigned Le Thanh Nghi Ward People's Committee to regularly inspect and supervise the land use of Hai Duong Porcelain Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company according to regulations; if violations are detected, they must be promptly handled according to the provisions of law.

Hai Phong City People's Committee requests Hai Duong Porcelain Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company to be responsible for using land for the right purpose, planning, construction design and approved Project; properly and fully performing the obligations of a land user according to the provisions of the Land Law and current legal provisions related to land management, use, environment, construction and investment in project implementation; any violation will be handled according to regulations.
