The first case involves Ms. Tran Thi Kim Vinh (born in 1959) and Mr. Le Van Thao (born in 1956), residing in Ward 18, Tan Ninh Commune, Tay Ninh Province.

Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Tay Ninh Newspaper, Radio and Television, Dang Hoang Thai, visited Mrs. Vinh's family.
Last August, Mr. Thao unfortunately suffered a stroke, leaving him paralyzed on one side of his body and requiring lengthy treatment. While her husband was seriously ill, Mrs. Vinh was involved in a serious traffic accident, breaking her shoulder, arm, and leg, requiring multiple surgeries, and the treatment costs exceeded the family's means. Currently, her son has had to quit his job to stay home and care for his parents, making their lives extremely difficult.
The second case involves Nguyen Tan Kiet (born in 2002), residing in Long Cuong hamlet, Long Thuan commune, Tay Ninh province. Kiet suffers from blood poisoning leading to kidney failure and requires dialysis three times a week. His family is in dire straits; all living and treatment expenses depend on his mother's meager salary, while she also has to care for his father, who suffered a stroke, and his younger brother, who is still in school.

Providing financial support from the "From Heart to Heart" program to Kiet's family.
On behalf of benefactors from within and outside the province, the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Tay Ninh Newspaper and Radio and Television presented a total of approximately 54.7 million VND to the two families, aiming to share some of their difficulties and help them overcome illness and continue striving in life.
The "From Heart to Heart" program, implemented by Tay Ninh Newspaper and Radio and Television, has become a bridge of love, connecting benevolent hearts with those in need, bringing faith and hope to the less fortunate in life.
