On the morning of December 12th, the Provincial Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, in coordination with Nicotex Joint Stock Company, visited and presented gifts to 10 victims of Agent Orange with particularly difficult circumstances in the communes of Ngoc Lam, A Sao, Dong Hung, Nam Dong Hung, Thai Ninh, Thai Thuy, Tra Giang and the two wards of Tran Lam and Tran Hung Dao. Each recipient received a gift and cash worth 10 million VND.
