Hoan Kiem promotes good models, improves service quality for people

On July 9, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoan Kiem ward held its first conference.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoan Kiem Ward solicited feedback on the draft Provisional Regulations on the operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoan Kiem Ward; and draft documents from the Central level to the ward level in preparation for the first Congress of the Hoan Kiem Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Truong Thi Thanh Nhan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hoan Kiem Ward Party Committee, stated that one of the key tasks the ward needs to implement in the current period is building a streamlined, effective, and efficient government apparatus, and improving the quality of service to citizens and businesses.

Emphasizing the key tasks that need to be implemented, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hoan Kiem Ward Party Committee requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward to focus on implementing three key tasks.

Accordingly, along with actively monitoring the situation and thoughts of cadres, Party members, and the people; promoting the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and all strata of the people in contributing opinions to the documents of the First Congress of the Hoan Kiem Ward Party Committee, the documents of the Hanoi City Party Committee Congress, and the documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party; it is necessary to focus on preparing and successfully organizing the First Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hoan Kiem Ward.

Comrade Truong Thi Thanh Nhan also requested that units be proactive and creative in their work of disseminating information and mobilizing the people to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws, especially new issues implemented by the Central Government, the city, and the ward.

Furthermore, it is necessary to actively mobilize the people in disease prevention and control, maintaining environmental hygiene and urban landscape, contributing to building Hanoi and Hoan Kiem ward into a "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful" city; improving the quality of activities in emulation movements and campaigns such as "All people unite for new rural areas and civilized cities," "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods," etc. In particular, special attention should be paid to organizing well the commemorative activities for major holidays and important events of the Capital and the country.

Alongside effectively implementing the people's role of social supervision and criticism, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward needs to continue innovating and improving the quality of activities of the Fatherland Front and its member organizations. At the same time, it should continue to promote effective models and practices that have been implemented, expanding their scope in 2025 and subsequent years.
