The popular Vietnamese animated series Wolfoo, produced by young Vietnamese filmmakers, has officially been licensed by the National Radio and Television Administration of China for broadcast on television systems throughout the country.

According to the animation distribution license issued on September 1st, the animated series Wolfoo Happy Family is approved for nationwide television broadcast, with each episode lasting 3 minutes, for a total of 100 episodes.
Earlier in February, the National Radio and Television Administration of China approved a collaboration between Shanghai HuHuo Media & Culture Co., Ltd. and Sconnect Vietnam to produce the animated series Wolfoo Happy Family.
Since 2015, the National Commission on Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of China has issued regulations on censorship for all foreign programs broadcast in the country.
Accordingly, foreign programs wishing to appear on Chinese television must register with the regulatory authorities and undergo an extremely rigorous censorship process.
