Conference on implementing the movement "Digital Education for All"

The program was chaired by Ha Long City Youth Union, in coordination with VTC NetViet Joint Stock Company, FPT Education Block, and Hoc Tech, with the participation of more than 200 Youth Union members, members of the Women's Union, Veterans Association, and City Labor Federation.

At the conference, delegates were trained in Artificial Intelligence Applications for the Office and in Life, through which delegates could identify AI in daily life: From phones, means of transport, to movie and music recommendations, in the way people learn and interact with society; supporting people in making decisions, managing time, taking care of health effectively...

The conference also provided necessary and useful knowledge for union officials, young union members, members of the Women's Union, Veterans Association, and union members. Trade unions and core forces in the political and social system have the core knowledge and skills to effectively apply AI in their work, such as: Effective communication skills with AI (Prompt Engineering); Smart, targeted prompt writing skills; Skills to evaluate and verify information generated by AI...

Within the framework of the program, delegates also visited the exhibition and experienced digital technology; created their own photos, music, presentation slides; chatted with chatbots and tried their hand at computer vision games and received direct advice on online public services, digital signatures, and technology utilities. On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the City Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union of the city launched the Steering Committee for implementing the movement "Digital Education for the People".

More than 200 Union officials, Youth Union members, Women's Union members and Veterans Association members attended the conference.

The conference to deploy the "Digital Education for All" movement was held to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo "On breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation", to implement Plan No. 411-KH/TU dated March 19, 2025 of the Ha Long City Party Committee on disseminating, thoroughly grasping, propagating and deploying the "Digital Education for All" movement; Plan No. 35 - KH/UBH-QN dated March 17, 2025 of the Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union of Quang Ninh province on deploying the "Digital Education for All" movement in 2025, promoting the pioneering, voluntary and creative role of Ha Long City youth in participating in the implementation of projects and tasks, contributing to the widespread deployment of the "Digital Education for All" movement; Arouse each person's self-motivation in learning, practicing digital skills and fully participating in the national digital transformation process.
