National online conference to thoroughly understand and implement the Resolution of the Tenth Plenum of the Central Committee of the 13th Party Congress.

In accordance with Official Letter No. 2161-CV/TU dated October 17, 2024, from the Provincial Party Committee regarding the National Conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the Tenth Plenum of the Central Committee of the 13th Party Congress; and Official Letter No. 901-CV/ĐUK dated October 18, 2024, from the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for State-Owned Enterprises regarding the invitation to attend the National Conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the Tenth Plenum of the Central Committee of the 13th Party Congress, on the morning of October 20, 2024, at the Department of Finance's location, the Party Committee of the Department of Finance organized for Party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Department to participate online in the National Conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the Tenth Plenum of the Central Committee of the 13th Party Congress.

The conference to thoroughly understand and implement the Resolution of the Tenth Conference of the Central Committee of the Party, 13th term, includes the following contents: (1) Key contents, core points, and new points in the draft Political Report at the 14th Party Congress and the draft Report summarizing some theoretical and practical issues on the work of innovation according to the socialist orientation in Vietnam over the past 40 years, delivered by Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang - Member of the Political Bureau, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council.

(2) Key contents, core points, and new points in the draft Report evaluating 5 years of implementing the 10-year socio -economic development strategy 2021-2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development 5 years 2026-2030 regarding the socio-economic situation, state budget in 2024, plan for 2025; state financial and budget plan for 3 years 2025-2027; regarding the policy of investing in high-speed railway on the North-South axis; regarding the policy of establishing Hue city directly under the Central Government, conveyed by Comrade Pham Minh Chinh - Member of the Politburo, Prime Minister. (3) Key contents, core points, and new points in the draft report summarizing the work of Party building and implementation of the Party Charter during the XIII Congress term; some basic contents on amending the Regulations on elections in the Party; Regarding the summary of personnel work at the 13th National Congress and the development of personnel work directions for the 14th National Congress of the Party, Comrade Le Minh Hung - Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee, and Head of the Central Organization Department - delivered a presentation.
