Attendees included Comrade Le Van Binh, Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; leaders of departments, agencies, organizations, and localities; and leaders of universities, education and training departments, and high schools under the Department of Education and Training.

At the workshop, delegates heard a report from the leaders of the Department of Education and Training on the current status of obstacles in human resource training and solutions for fundamental and comprehensive reform of education and training to improve the quality of human resources in Ninh Thuan province in the period 2025-2030, with a vision to 2035; and listened to four presentations by experts, scientists, education managers, and leaders of departments and sectors on: Solutions to improve the quality of training in the context of integration and autonomy at the Ninh Thuan branch of Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry; the current situation and solutions for human resource development in the province; developing high-quality human resources in Ninh Thuan province in the context of regional development and linkage; the current situation and solutions to improve the quality of human resources in science and technology in Ninh Thuan province. Simultaneously, a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and assessment of the current issues hindering human resource training will be conducted. Based on this, fundamental and comprehensive solutions for reforming education and training will be proposed to improve the quality of human resources in the period 2025-2030, with a vision to 2035, in order to supplement and contribute to the socio-economic development of the province.

In his concluding remarks at the workshop, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged, highly appreciated, and fully accepted the heartfelt and responsible contributions of the delegates. To overcome the obstacles hindering human resource training in the province, Mr. Nguyen Long Bien requested that all levels and sectors continue to promote the dissemination and understanding of the viewpoints, policies, position, role, and importance of developing and improving the quality of human resources. This aims to further enhance the awareness and actions of Party committees, government agencies, officials, Party members, civil servants, and all segments of the population. Simultaneously, he emphasized the importance of planning, training, fostering, and rationally utilizing the workforce of leaders and managers at all levels as a key and breakthrough task in human resource development. Timely overcoming difficulties and limitations, proactively leading, directing, and organizing effective implementation with a focus on key areas each day and in each field, striving to successfully achieve the goals and tasks set forth in Resolution No. 13-NQ/TU of the 14th Provincial Party Committee.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested that all levels and sectors effectively implement the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2031, with a vision to 2050; continue to effectively implement the policy of developing education and training, improving the quality of human resources; raise the intellectual level of the people, improve the quality of human resource training, especially high-quality human resources, focusing on identifying, nurturing, and utilizing talents; continue to innovate and improve education and training, breakthrough in developing high-quality human resources, and have mechanisms to attract talent, especially for sectors and fields with outstanding competitive advantages.
