Workshop on artificial intelligence application in tourism training

On the morning of June 30, at Nha Trang College of Tourism, the school coordinated with Hai Phong College of Tourism to organize a workshop on “Application of artificial intelligence (AI) in tourism training”. Attending the workshop were representatives of the Department of Science, Technology, Training and Environment under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; the Korean Tourism Management Association; domestic and international scientists, experts, education managers and representatives of pioneering enterprises in technology application.

At the workshop, delegates shared successful models and practical experiences in applying AI to tourism training; discussed synchronous solutions to narrow the gap between training and practice, between schools and businesses. Thereby, contributing to shaping the future of tourismeducation in the era of artificial intelligence, the digital era; aiming to build a sustainable cooperation network between training institutions, businesses and research organizations to jointly create a smart tourism education ecosystem.

Representatives of Nha Trang College of Tourism and the Korean Tourism Management Association signed a cooperation agreement.

It is known that on June 28, Nha Trang College of Tourism signed a memorandum of understanding with the Korean Tourism Management Association to promote training activities and develop high-quality tourism human resources.
