On August 23, National Economics University (NEU) held a graduation ceremony for students of the 2021-2025 course.

The school has 6 valedictorians graduating with a perfect score of 4.0, including Pham Thi Kim Ngan (Management Information Systems), Nguyen Vu Quynh Anh (Economics and Urban Management), To Ngoc Ha (Logistics and Supply Chain Management), Tran Thi Ngoc Hoai (Business Administration), Thieu Ngoc Mai (Data Science in Economics and Business), Ha Duong Huong Linh (International Program Integrated Auditing).
On a 10-point scale, Ngoc Mai scored 9.63, the highest score in the history of the National Economics University. NEU is the university with the highest number of excellent graduates.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong, Director of the National Economics University, emphasized that the school is always proud to be the place that has trained and provided the country with excellent experts, scientists, managers and businessmen, contributing to the economic and social development of the country.
According to the Director of the National Economics University, this generation of students began their university program in a special context due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with teaching and learning taking place online, facing many difficulties and challenges. However, those days have trained them to be resilient, adaptable and have the spirit to overcome difficulties.

In his message to his students, Associate Professor Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong said that the graduation certificate is not the end of the learning journey, but the starting point for a long journey ahead. When officially leaving school, students should engrave in their mind the three values "Continuous learning - Courageous aspiration - Social responsibility" as valuable baggage, nurturing the spirit of lifelong learning.
He advised the new graduates to continue to nurture the spirit of learning in books, in work, in experience and in life. At the same time, always maintain courage and aspiration, dare to face challenges to turn difficulties into opportunities, turn dreams into reality, to constantly grow and develop.

The National Economics University was established in 1956 with the original name of the School of Economics and Finance. In November 2024, the school became a university, enrolling about 7,000 students each year.
NEU was the first university to use foreign language certificates for admission in 2017. From the initial 50 applications, the number of candidates in this category reached 25,000 this year. This is also the first university to announce a project to make English a second language.
During the Graduation Ceremony, the National Economics University awarded degrees to 4,612 new graduates.
With the English program, the school has 456 excellent students (58.46%) and 246 good students (31.54%). With the general program, there are 1,840 excellent students (48.02%) and 1,409 good students (36.77%).
