The competition is scheduled to take place in mid-October 2023 with the participation of 10 teams, including: 7 teams from 7 districts and cities; 1 team from departments and agencies; 1 team from public service units under the Provincial People's Committee; and 1 team from state-owned enterprises. To date, the Department of Internal Affairs has advised the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to issue a decision establishing the Organizing Committee and advised the Head of the Organizing Committee to issue a decision establishing the Judging Panel, the Secretariat, and to compile the question and answer set and competition regulations.
Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired the meeting.
Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the standing agency and departments, sectors, and localities to continue reviewing and implementing the tasks according to the set schedule; to strengthen propaganda before, during, and after the competition; and to actively and thoroughly prepare in all aspects to ensure the competition is successful, high-quality, effective, and has a widespread impact on social life. Regarding the participating teams, he requested them to adhere closely to the themes and key points set by the Organizing Committee; to integrate the content of public service work into theatrical performances to enhance the effectiveness of legal propaganda... thereby proposing models, solutions, initiatives, and suggestions for the province in implementing public service work and the current grassroots democracy regulations.
