Diego Forlan, born in 1979, is a renowned player who played for Atletico Madrid and was a famous striker for the Uruguayan national team. At his peak, Forlan won two European Golden Boots and one World Player of the Year award.

On his first visit to Vietnam, Diego Forlan was delighted and grateful for the warm welcome from the community of FC ONLINE (football simulation) gamers. This popular game accurately simulated Forlan's best qualities, such as speed, strength, and his signature long-range shot.

"I have no secret behind my long-range shots. It's simply daily training. I like to shoot from different distances and with both feet in each training session," Diego Forlan replied when asked about his spectacular long-range shots during his professional career.

Forlan's business trip to Vietnam was very tight, lasting less than a day. He arrived in Hanoi at 5 am this morning, July 20th, and only had about an hour to sightsee before resting and starting work. At 9 pm, Forlan immediately went to the airport to return home.

Nevertheless, Forlan remained remarkably alert, earning admiration from his fans. He explained that he was accustomed to the intense travel schedule from his time as a player.

"I've played for many clubs in different countries and cultures. Wherever I went, I always tried to adapt by enjoying the atmosphere and the passion for the game," said Diego Forlan.

Diego Forlan is also an example of perseverance, playing until the age of 40 before retiring. Leaving Europe in 2012, Forlan went to Brazil and played until 2014 before moving to Japan to play for Cerezo Osaka (the former team of Dang Van Lam). After that, he played in India and Hong Kong before retiring from professional football.

"My career has had its ups and downs. The most important thing is that I never gave up. Great footballers always train persistently until we achieve significant milestones in our careers."

"And to the young people, enjoy life and do your best in whatever field you pursue, whether it's football, business, or any other profession," Diego Forlan shared inspiringly.
