At its 10th session, the 15th National Assembly voted to approve the Prime Minister's proposal to appoint Mr. Tran Duc Thang, a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and Acting Minister of Agriculture and Environment, to the position of Minister of Agriculture and Environment.
