
According to the plan, activities will be organized throughout 2026, with a peak in March 2026. Key activities include: organizing conferences to commemorate Consumer Rights Day; promoting the display of banners and slogans at agencies, businesses, and streets; organizing mobile promotional vehicles in communes and wards; and strengthening communication programs on newspapers, radio, and the province's electronic information portal.
Simultaneously, the province focuses on training and disseminating legal information , supporting vulnerable consumers; and vigorously implementing the "Businesses for Consumers" program , encouraging businesses to provide warranties, promotions, customer appreciation, improve the quality of goods and services, and promptly handle complaints.
In addition, authorities will strengthen market inspections and controls, especially in the areas of food safety and product quality measurement, in order to best protect the legitimate rights of consumers.
The plan emphasizes coordinated efforts among departments, agencies, organizations, businesses, and local authorities, aiming to build a safe , healthy, and transparent consumer environment and contribute to socio -economic development in Ca Mau province.
