Results of the digital transformation implementation in December 2025 by the Department of Agriculture and Environment.

On December 11, 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ca Mau province issued a report on the results of digital transformation implementation in December 2025, noting many outstanding results according to Plan 267/KH-UBND dated December 10, 2024. In the field of digital government, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is operating 48 online public services with submitted documents; 100% of eligible administrative procedures are provided in the form of full-process online public services. From November 7 to December 7, 2025, the Department processed 2,431 out of 2,431 exchanged documents with specialized digital signatures; cumulatively, 99.85% of outgoing documents were digitally signed. The rate of work files processed online reached 95%. 100% of citizens and businesses using online public services in the agriculture and environment sectors are electronically identified and authenticated; the satisfaction level reached 90%. Regarding digital data, the Department of Agriculture and Environment continues to implement the task of building, standardizing, and connecting industry data; and simultaneously submits important documents including Submission No. 443/TTr-SNNMT, Submission No. 499/TTr-SNNMT, and Report No. 947/BC-SNNMT related to the Project on digitizing land use right certificates. In parallel, the Department continues to apply remote sensing technology in land management, monitoring surface water pollution, and tracking shoreline changes. In the digital economy sector, businesses, cooperatives, and aquaculture households continue to apply digital technology in aquaculture production, including: central control systems, pond monitoring cameras, IoT sensors for water environment monitoring, automatic feeders, and electronic production logs. Simultaneously, the Department is implementing procedures for granting domain names for the Information System for Management, Provision, and Exploitation of Natural Resources and Environment Data in Ca Mau Province.

Regarding digital awareness, digital institutions, digital infrastructure, digital workforce, and cybersecurity, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has issued documents implementing decisions and programs of the Ministry and the Government; at the same time, it regularly reviews and upgrades information technology equipment and encourages civil servants and officials to self-train and improve their digital skills. During the month, no information security incidents were recorded; the Department continued to coordinate the handling of malware, conduct cybersecurity assessments, and ensure the confidentiality of land data.
In the coming period, the Department of Agriculture and Environment will continue to implement the digital transformation plans of the sector; promote communication about online public services and online payments; encourage the use of VNeID accounts in resolving administrative procedures; and strengthen guidance, supervision, and promptly address difficulties in the process of implementing digital transformation tasks.
