After listening to reports from departments, branches, units and discussions at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung concluded as follows:
1. Overall plan for arranging administrative units at district and commune levels for the period 2023 - 2025 in Nghe An province.
The Provincial People's Committee agreed with the plan prepared by the Department of Home Affairs.
- Assign localities to continue implementing the following contents:
+ For the following units that have not yet met the standards (including communes that meet 100% of one standard and the remaining standards meet 70%): Explain each specific element in detail.
+ For administrative units subject to rearrangement but not implemented due to specific factors and rural administrative units subject to rearrangement that have been approved by competent authorities for development planning into urban administrative units but have not met standards: Continue to review and complete the plan to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assign the Department of Home Affairs to synthesize and advise the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Provincial Steering Committee and the Ministry of Home Affairs according to regulations.
2. Draft Decision regulating residential land quotas and average production land quotas for implementing Project 1 - National target program on socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, phase I: from 2021 to 2025.
The Provincial People's Committee unanimously approved the draft Decision prepared by the Ethnic Committee. The Provincial People's Committee Office was assigned to coordinate with the Ethnic Committee to complete the draft and advise the Provincial People's Committee to promulgate it according to regulations.
3. Draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council approving the list of works and projects requiring land recovery according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 62 of the Land Law in Nghe An province.
The Provincial People's Committee unanimously approved the draft Resolution prepared by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment was assigned to coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office to complete the draft, advise the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Council (for works and projects using rice-growing land according to the Working Regulations of the Provincial Party Committee, advise the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee).
4. Draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on changing the purpose of using rice-growing land and protective forest land according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 58 of the Land Law to implement works and projects in Nghe An province.
The Provincial People's Committee unanimously approved the draft Resolution prepared by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment was assigned to coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office to complete the draft and advise the Provincial People's Committee to submit it to the Provincial People's Council according to regulations.
