Opening of the 22nd session of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Council

At this session, the Nam Dinh Provincial People's Council will focus on reviewing, discussing, and giving opinions on the following contents: discussing and evaluating the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in 2024 and the socio-economic development plan in 2025. Listening to the announcement of the results of the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; reports of the Standing Committee of the People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and other reports as prescribed.

Review the results of handling voters' petitions, the implementation results of the questioners at the 19th session; the implementation results of petitions after supervision by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Council Committees.

Conduct discussion sessions, question-and-answer sessions. Pass important resolutions on economic development, ensuring security and order, and implementing social policies in the province. Simultaneously, reorganize the administrative apparatus within its authority.

Speaking at the opening of the session, Chairman of the People's Council of Nam Dinh province Le Quoc Chinh emphasized: in the context of facing many difficulties and challenges, closely following the directions and directions of the Central Government, with the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness, flexibility, determination and drasticness of the entire political system, the efforts of the business community and the consensus and support of all classes of people, Nam Dinh has gradually overcome difficulties and achieved high and comprehensive results in socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security.

In order for the session to complete the proposed agenda and be successful, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the delegates to uphold their sense of responsibility, actively research, discuss, and contribute many ideas to the content of the session. Based on the analysis and evaluation of reports, proposals, and projects presented at the session, consider and approve resolutions to ensure strictness, quality, compliance with legal regulations, high feasibility, and quick implementation; meeting the requirements of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense, security, and implementing social policies in the province.
