Opening of the exhibition of large-scale propaganda paintings promoting sovereignty over borders and islands

On the morning of September 20, at April 16 Square (Phan Rang - Thap Cham City), the Department of Grassroots Culture ( Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism ) coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize a large-scale propaganda painting exhibition to promote the sovereignty of the country's borders and islands, aiming to raise awareness of the position, role and special importance of Vietnam's seas and islands in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland among the entire Party, people and army.

The exhibition displays and introduces 160 works by professional and non-professional artists nationwide selected from propaganda painting competitions organized by the Department of Grassroots Culture.

Delegates cut the ribbon to open the exhibition.

Through the language and images of propaganda paintings, we aim to encourage, motivate, and widely propagate to cadres, party members, and people the spirit of fighting, building, and defending the Fatherland; at the same time, educate the tradition of patriotism, the will of independence, self-reliance, and overcoming all difficulties and hardships of the entire Party, people, and army in the cause of national liberation struggle, firmly protecting the sovereignty , territorial integrity, and border security of the Fatherland.

On this occasion, the leaders of the Department of Grassroots Culture awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in coordinating the organization of large-scale propaganda painting exhibitions in Ninh Thuan province.
