Solemn opening ceremony of the Hanoi Convention

On the morning of October 25, the signing ceremony and the High-level Conference of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime (Hanoi Convention) with the theme "Combating cybercrime, sharing responsibility, looking towards the future" solemnly opened at the National Convention Center (Hanoi) under the co-chair of President Luong Cuong and United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres.
