Khanh Hoa prepares to start construction of 4 key projects to celebrate 80th National Day

According to the plan of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, on August 19, 2025, Khanh Hoa province is expected to simultaneously organize the groundbreaking ceremony of 4 key projects and works to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day, including: Nha Trang City Mixed-use Urban Area Project (block number 7, Bac Hon Ong School, Training and Vocational Training Area, Nam Nha Trang Ward); Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics Training and Research Facility Project in Nha Trang (road number 59, Bac Hon Ong School, Training and Vocational Training Area, Nam Nha Trang Ward); Social Housing Project in Thanh Hai Resettlement Area (Thanh Hai Resettlement Area, Bao An Ward); Project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Doc Da Trang Industrial Park (Doc Da Trang Industrial Park, Van Hung and Bac Ninh Hoa communes).

The groundbreaking ceremony of these projects took place in a combination of in-person and online formats, ensuring simultaneous organization at many locations nationwide. The Doc Da Trang Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Construction Project was not included in the list of projects that had an online groundbreaking ceremony with locations nationwide.

According to Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Nam, the groundbreaking ceremony of the four projects is a particularly important political , economic and social event of the province to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; contributing to creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere throughout the province, arousing confidence, aspirations for development and the spirit of innovation and creativity among the people.

To ensure the successful organization of the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Nam requested departments, branches, agencies, units, localities, and investors to focus on preparing all tasks thoroughly, closely, promptly, and in compliance with legal regulations. In particular, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the People's Committee of Nam Nha Trang Ward and the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Hoa Commune to promptly complete the site clearance work to serve the groundbreaking and implementation of the projects.

Relevant departments, agencies and sectors closely coordinate with investors to speed up progress and promptly complete legal procedures on land allocation, land lease, construction, construction drawing design, fire prevention and fighting... of projects; promote propaganda work on key works and projects before, during and after the groundbreaking ceremony...
