Working with the two provinces on the afternoon of June 23, Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee Tran Luu Quang suggested that the two provinces need to properly resolve the regime and policies for cases where there has been a decision to quit their jobs in accordance with regulations.
By July 1, localities must be transparent about the amount of money spent on regimes and policies for cadres, civil servants and public employees; after July 1, there must be a responsible agency to continue processing regime payments to beneficiaries.
