Accordingly, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to take the lead and coordinate with relevant units to inspect, review, rectify, and resolutely handle violations in order to ensure urban order and aesthetics and compliance with advertising laws.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is also required to strengthen propaganda and guidance for organizations, individuals, and businesses to comply with regulations; and report the results of implementation to the Provincial People's Committee before November 3, 2025.
The People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones are responsible for proactively conducting regular inspections, promptly detecting and strictly handling violations within their areas.

As previously reported by SGGP newspaper, recently there has been a situation where some restaurants, eateries, and service establishments display illegal online gambling advertisements, detracting from urban aesthetics.
Specifically, on Nguyen Tat Thanh Boulevard (the section passing through Cam Lam commune, the route from Cam Ranh airport to the center of Nha Trang), a large, illuminated gambling advertisement billboard once appeared. After the news report on September 20th, authorities conducted an inspection, but the billboard had already been dismantled and the area restored to its original state.
