On June 21st, the Emulation Bloc of Party agencies in the province held a conference to summarize emulation and reward work for the first six months of the year and to implement key tasks for the last six months of 2023.

According to the assessment, in the first six months of the year, the agencies and units within the bloc closely followed the directives of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, effectively fulfilling their assigned political tasks. The bloc set forth emulation content and criteria appropriate to the nature and characteristics of each agency and unit; the guidance on implementing emulation tasks in conjunction with professional work created a vibrant atmosphere of competition, contributing to the encouragement and motivation of the emulation movement within the bloc. Furthermore, the agencies and units within the bloc organized the dissemination and implementation of legal documents on emulation and reward work; effectively carried out emulation registration and signed emulation agreements; strictly adhered to administrative discipline and order; maintained unity and cohesion, thereby creating a combined strength in emulation movements and successfully completing the assigned political tasks.

Emulation and commendation work will always be linked to Party building and the building of strong agencies and units, taking the excellent completion of political and professional tasks as the goal and an important driving force in the performance of assigned tasks, contributing to the comprehensive, practical, and effective development of the emulation movement of the bloc. The bloc will continue to promote specialized emulation movements launched by the Provincial People's Committee and agencies and units, especially the emulation movement to promote initiatives, technical improvements, administrative reform, digital transformation, and building green, clean, and beautiful agencies. Organized a cultural, sports, and arts competition to celebrate the founding day of the provincial Party committees.
