Mr. Nguyen Phong, representing Ms. Nhan, filed a complaint against the following decisions: Decision 7244/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Tam Ky City regarding the revocation of Land Use Right Certificate No. CV 398801 issued by the People's Committee of Tam Ky City on May 18, 2020; Decision No. 7295/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Tam Ky City regarding the revocation and cancellation of Decision No. 6441/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Tam Ky City regarding permission to change land use purposes in Truong Xuan Ward (Tam Ky City); and Decision 7294/QD-UBND regarding the revocation of Land Use Right Certificate No. DK 403182 issued by the People's Committee of Tam Ky City to Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhan.
During the meeting, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment announced the results of the verification of Mr. Nguyen Phong's complaint.
Based on the results of the investigation and verification, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment concluded that Ms. Nhan's complaint regarding Decisions No. 7244/QD-UBND, 7295/QD-UBND, and 7294/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Tam Ky City has no basis for consideration or resolution. At the same time, it affirmed that Decision No. 3774/QD-UBND dated August 14, 2024, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tam Ky City regarding the initial resolution of the complaint is in accordance with the law.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment recommends that the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issue a decision resolving the complaint of Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhan based on the aforementioned verification and investigation findings.
Mr. Nguyen Truong Son, Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, stated that Tam Ky City revoked the administrative decision, which is the Certificate of Land Use Rights and related documents, but did not reclaim the land from citizens. The decisions were issued to address errors in the issuance process, and any individual or unit found to have made the mistake will be held responsible.
Mr. Son also explained and guided citizens on their rights and responsibilities in order to continue resolving the case according to current regulations.
