On the afternoon of September 9, comrades: Nguyen Quang Hung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vu Ngoc Tri, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council inspected, directed and encouraged businesses to overcome damage, organize production and business stabilization after storm No. 3. Also accompanying were leaders of the Department of Industry and Trade, the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of the province.

Provincial leaders inspected the operation of the coal port of Thai Binh 2 Thermal Power Plant.

The delegation visited Thai Binh 2 Thermal Power Plant, Amon Nitrate – Mico Production Plant, the power grid troubleshooting site in Hoa An Commune (Thai Thuy), and Mikado Ceramic Tile Factory (Tien Hai).

Listening to the units' reports on the damage and storm recovery work, the provincial leaders acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparation work to respond to storm No. 3, which ensured human safety and minimized damage to facilities.

Provincial leaders requested Thai Binh 2 Thermal Power Plant to quickly stabilize its workforce, maintain production and business, and organize environmental sanitation. Coordinate with Thai Thuy district to draw lessons from experience to increase the effectiveness of disaster response to ensure the safety of the Plant in all situations.

Provincial leaders requested the Ammonium Nitrate - Mico Factory to urgently repair the damaged factory system, ensure environmental safety, review the construction system to have an investment plan to renovate and upgrade the factory infrastructure to ensure safety against natural disasters. Coordinate with the electricity industry to provide stable power supply for the factory to resume production as soon as possible.

Visiting and giving gifts to encourage officers and workers of Thai Thuy Electricity who are fixing the power transmission line problem in Hoa An commune, the provincial leaders commended the officers and workers who are making efforts to erect poles and connect power lines to soon restore power to people and businesses, restore production and business. The comrades requested Thai Binh Electricity Company and Thai Thuy Electricity to focus all human resources, materials, and means, pay attention, support, and provide logistics to ensure the health of workers, promptly have a mechanism to encourage workers to compete in labor to soon connect the entire power grid in the province.

Provincial leaders visited the production workshop of Mikado Ceramic Tile Factory.

Sharing the losses of Thien Hoang Technical and Commercial Joint Stock Company when the Mikado Ceramic Tile Factory was damaged by the storm, which blew away more than 10,000m2 ^of factory and damaged some raw materials and production supplies, the provincial leaders hoped that the Company would soon overcome the difficulties, have a plan to arrange human resources and materials to both firmly repair the project and organize stable production, ensure jobs for workers and contribute to completing the production and business goals and plans for 2024. The Company's Board of Directors needs to evaluate and learn from the experience of storm No. 3 to have more effective measures to respond to natural disasters in the coming time.
