Mr. Khuu Manh Hung, Head of the Department of Education and Training of District 12, has just signed and issued a plan to inspect the mobilization, reception, management, and use of educational funding and operating expenses of parent-teacher representative boards at public educational institutions in the district.

The purpose of the inspection is to review compliance with legal regulations in the work of mobilizing, receiving, managing, and using educational funding and operating expenses of the parent-teacher association.
The inspection also aims to assess the advantages and disadvantages. At the same time, from here, promptly detect limitations and violations in mobilizing, receiving, managing, and using educational funding and operating expenses of the parent-teacher association.
From the inspection results, there will be timely corrective and handling measures to enhance the role and responsibility of the heads of public education units in the district in the coming time.
The testing period is from January 2024 to July 2024. The specific time at school will be announced on the weekly work schedule of the Department of Education and Training.
The review is considered over a two-year period: 2022-2023 and 2023-2024.
The inspection plan requires that educational activities of schools and units not be affected during the inspection period. Members of the inspection team arrange their professional work to carry out the inspection according to the plan to complete the assigned tasks.
The Department of Education and Training of District 12 also requires the inspection team to proactively arrange work, appropriate time, schedule and carry out inspection tasks. Principals of schools subject to inspection are responsible for fully preparing reports, records, documents related to the inspection content and according to the requirements of the inspection team.
