The district continues to effectively organize regular and ad hoc emulation campaigns launched by superiors and the district in all areas. Promote the emulation movement to build a clean, strong, streamlined, efficient and effective Party, State and political system. Strive for 80% of grassroots party organizations to complete their tasks well or better, of which 20% of grassroots party organizations complete their tasks excellently, with no weak grassroots party organizations...

In 2024, Kim Thanh District Party Committee had 9 grassroots party organizations that had excellently completed their tasks, accounting for 21.4% of the total number of grassroots party organizations. The whole district had 4 grassroots party organizations that had excellently completed their tasks for 5 consecutive years, including Lai Vu Commune Party Committee (now Lai Khe), Kim Tan, the government Party Committee and the people's party committee. 100% of grassroots party organizations had successfully completed their tasks; no grassroots party organization had completed its tasks. Kim Thanh is one of the few district-level party committees in the province that does not have a grassroots party organization that has completed its tasks.
